Helene (Hultkrans) Parker

Gone but not forgotten.  Helene Parker will never be forgotten by her family or friends.  She was a vibrant force in her family, always providing fun and kindness wherever she went. 

Helene will be missed by her sons Ben (Marie) and Bill; her cherished grandchildren Doug (Alaina), Paula, Dena (Ruedi), Eric (Joni), Shauna (Dan), and Lindsay (Adam).  Her great-grandchildren will be hearing her stories for years to come:  Justin and Leah, Taryn, Tobias and Noemi, Devin and Kaitlyn, Dylan, Brayden and Jordon, Hunter and Harrison. Helene’s extended family includes her sister Linda (Bob), sister-in-law Janet, and many nieces and nephews.

Helene was pre-deceased by her husband, Frank; his parents Florence and Frank; her daughter Jean; her parents Violet and Ole; her two brothers Louis and Ted; and her sister Esther.

Rock on, Granny.  We are sure they have country music in heaven!

The family wishes to thank all the staff at Bulkley Lodge for their tender, loving care of Helene.  No one could have done it better. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Pioneer Activity Center on January 5th, at 12:00 noon.  Burial will take place in the Burns Lake Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations to the Bulkley Lodge would be appreciated, PO Box 360, Smithers, BC V0J 2N0.
