Bruce Kennedy Obituary
Bruce passed away peacefully at the Bulkley Lodge on June 19th, 2021. He will be dearly missed by many friends that were his family over the years.
Bruce always thought of others before himself as he led a long adventurous life in the outdoors. A graduate in Forest Technology and Fish and Wildlife in 1971, Bruce went on to work all over the province and eventually to Houston and then Smithers in 1993. Bruce loved being on the ocean on his forest service boat, ‘The Monashee’. He also ran ‘Gily’s Tours’, an ocean kayaking business in the Kitlope Valley out of Kitimat.
We would like to thank Brandon and the rest of the staff at the Bulkley Lodge for being so caring to Bruce. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
