Catherine Moisey Obituary
Jean was many things to many people—mother, sister, wife—but above all else, a true friend. She loved all people deeply and gave her wisdom and strength freely. She leaves the legacy of peace and comfort to everyone who was blessed to know her and had the privilege of spending time with her.
Jean is predeceased by her children, Cathy and Sam. She is survived by her husband Clare; children, Darren (Suraiya), Mischa, Kyley (Kristy), Luke, Toby and Brian (Kendall); grandchildren, Cooper, Adam, Parker, Dean, Eva, Mason, Zane, Mila; and her sisters Mary Alice, Judy (Chuck), Lorraine (Vic) and Jackie (Don); along with a vast extended family of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A Prayer Service will be held in St. Joseph’s Parish in Smithers, on Tuesday December 4 at 7:30 pm with the Funeral Service to follow on Wednesday, December 5th at 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Grendel Group (Family Advocates) in Smithers would be greatly appreciated.
