Cecil is lovingly remembered by: his wife, JoAnne; daughter , Kathy (Donald); son, Scott; granddaughter, Katherine; sisters, Addie Fiander and Marion Fiander; brother, Bert (Donna); sisters-in-law Peggy Reid, Doris Brulotte, Gay Fiander and Diana Rayworth; brothers-in-law, David Geldart, Howard (Sharon) Geldart, Kenneth (Karen) Geldart; and David Olive; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Cecil was predeceased by: his first wife, Thelma; parents, Clement and Annie Reid; brothers, Henry (Ruth) and Tom; sisters, Winnie (Roady), Mildred (Ellis), Thelma (Paul) and Audrey; brothers-in-law, Vince Fiander, Ralph Fiander, Walter Fiander, Colin Rayworth; sisters-in-law, Ellen (John),Joan, Barbara, Rosalind Olive; special cousin, Freeman Reid.
