Glen Arnold Kerr

We announce with sadness the passing of Glen Kerr on February 18, 2019 after short battle with cancer. Glen was born in Shaunavon Saskatchewan on February 15, 1941 and was the second youngest of 9 children.

He is survived by his wife Dolores of 56 years; sons Alan (Jill), Brian (Kim), Michael (Christy); grandchildren Alicia, James, Nicholas, Christopher, Brianna (Bobby), Ainsley, Daniel, Zack and Samual; Great grand children Zoe and Easton.

A special thanks to Dr. Strauss for all his special care and attention, to all the amazing nurses and staff, and to Anika and Peter for their special friendship and support. We also want to thank everyone who expressed thoughts, prayers and acts of kindness throughout Glen’s illness.

All Your Family

A tender heart stopped beating.

Two loving hands are at rest.

God did this to prove to us

He only takes the best.

A hundred times we needed you.

A thousand times we’ll cry.

If our love could have saved you,

You never would have died.

Now the things we feel most deeply

are the hardest things to say.

But we, your family, loved you

in a very special way.

Now the family chains are broken

and nothing will be the same.

But as He takes us one by one

the chain will link again.

A Celebration of Glen's life will be held on Sunday, April 14, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Round Lake Hall.
