Winnifred Eleanor Daniels

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother Elanor Daniels, 87 years, on September 21, 2026, in Hazelton, BC.
Eleanor was born on September 8, 1939, in Nanaimo, BC. She had a passion for writing poetry; winning two awards and having published one book of poetry. She was an avid reader and always enjoyed playing Tile Rummy. Her faith played a big role in her life, and she was always an avid church member in the communities she lived in throughout her lifetime.
Eleanor is survived by her children; Judy Mossop, Donna (Rick) Vipond, and Jim Nichols, her grandchildren; Laura, Landon, Alisha, and Kassie, Jessica, Nathan, as well as 11 great-grandchildren.
Eleanor was predeceased by her parents Ernie and Winnifred Crowe, husband Morley Daniels, Ex-husband Marvin Nichols, daughter Dianne Nichols, and grand-daughter Tamra Walters.
No formal service will be held at this time.
